Natural Material Variations:

  • Our products are handcrafted from natural materials (wood, rattan, etc.)
  • Slight variations in:
    • Wood grain and color
    • Texture and finish
    • Dimensions (±5mm tolerance)
    • Natural knots and markings
    are normal and not considered defects

Product Images:

  • Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings, lighting, and photography
  • We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible

Pricing:

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Price changes will not affect orders already placed

7. ORDERING & PAYMENT

Order Placement:

  • An order is considered placed once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation email
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Order Confirmation:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order
  • If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately

Payment Gateway Charges:

  • Payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) are included in the product price

Failed Payments:

  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled

8. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Production Timeline:

  • Most products are made-to-order and require 15-21 days for production
  • Production begins only after order confirmation and payment

Customization:

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins
  • Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order

Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted (as per our Return & Refund Policy)

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Key Points:

  • Free shipping PAN India
  • Delivery timeline: 4-5 weeks for made-to-order products (3 weeks production + 1 week delivery)
  • You must provide accurate shipping information
  • Delivery attempts: 2-3 attempts will be made
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in additional charges

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Key Points:

  • Made-to-order products are generally non-returnable
  • Returns accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery
  • Ready-to-ship products may be returned within 7 days (unused, in original packaging)

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
