Yellowstone Aromatica 72" Jacobean Sheesham Jacobean Bench

Yellowstone was not designed on a screen. It was designed in the workshop, with the wood in hand, because a piece like this cannot be resolved digitally. The angles, the weight distribution, the way the backrest meets the seat. All of it had to be felt before it could be finalized.

The seat and backrest are both Jacobean Sheesham, thick slabs with a rich, dark finish that reveals deep, swirling grain patterns. The backrest is angled and attached to the seat with visible joinery, a deliberate choice that exposes the construction rather than concealing it. The wood to wood connection is reinforced with a Jacobean Sheesham support piece that reads as both functional brace and design detail.

The base is Black Powder Coat Mild Steel, shaped into two A frame trestles connected by a horizontal stretcher. The trestles use a cross joint locked with a visible wooden peg, a detail borrowed from timber frame construction that adds both structural integrity and visual interest. There is nothing decorative about it. It is there because it works.

At 72" long with a 16.5" seat height and a full backrest rising to 31", Yellowstone is built for long tables and long dinners. It is the bench that wants you to lean back, stretch out, and stay for dessert.
